We has Christmas crackers with dinner, as you do.
It got me thinking about the problems shops can have with seasonal items
like these.
Order too few, and you lose the profit on a item which (I guess) carries
a tidy profit margin.
Order too many and any which don't sell before Christmas represent a
loss, since no shop can afford to waste space by storing them until the
next Christmas.
That means you now need to get rid of some commercial waste.
What are they made of?
Well, some card and paper - with a few bits of plastic inside - maybe a
few bits of metal.
Anything else?
Well, there is a small amount of explosives in there...
